We start with a call or a long WhatsApp thread - who's coming, what's drawn you to China, the trips you've loved (and the ones you haven't). No templates, just listening until the shape of the journey starts to appear.

A first draft, lightly held.
Within a week we send back a written outline - regions, rhythm, a few hotels and experiences to react to. It's deliberately loose. We expect you to push back, swap things out, and tell us what excites you and what doesn't.

We build the itinerary day by day - guides matched to your interests, restaurants reserved, private access arranged where it matters. You see every cost, every choice. Nothing is locked in until it feels right.
